Answer: Yes, that is actually the only way you can heal completely. Medications aren’t made to heal, but just to cover up the problem and push it deeper in your body until it comes back even worse.

This is especially true with creams and moisturizers; they basically do nothing except sit on your skin. They very rarely even provide moisture, but they can also be harmful to your eczema as well.

To understand this, just imagine if you built a house and you built that house with the weakest and worst materials you could find. After you come back to that home after some time, you will most likely find it in a terrible state. You will then call a house doctor who promises you to help you fix it. And that house doctor will prescribe you a paint that you should put on your house 3 times a day.

Do you really expect that house to get better? Of course not, because paint can’t fix a house that was built with weak materials. Your skin works the same way. Your skin is basically made out of things that you eat, and if you eat processed foods, seed oils, and refined sugars all day, you will have weak and sick skin.

But if you feed your body with healthy and nutrient-dense foods, you will have strong and healthy skin.
