Question: Which Foods Most Commonly Trigger Eczema?

Answer: Everybody is different, so this can vary from person to person, but some foods are inflammatory for everybody, and these are seed oils, gluten, soy, farm-raised fish, and all processed and highly processed foods. Also, a lot of people don’t understand how inflammatory and unhealthy vegetables can be to somebody who already has a leaky gut because of their defense chemicals and anti-nutrients.

Some healthy foods that can trigger eczema are eggs, fruits, vegetables, and dairy, but this has nothing to do with the foods themselves and everything to do with your broken gut that cannot digest them. Most people can eat eggs and dairy again after some time on the lion diet.

Diet is very important for eczema, but it is not the only thing you have to do to significantly improve your condition or even completely heal, as I did.
