Does Diet Affect Eczema?
Question: Does Diet Affect Eczema?
Answer: Yes, diet has a serious effect on both developing eczema and healing it. Eczema is mainly caused by damage in your gut, called leaky gut. When your gut becomes leaky, tiny food particles can leak into your bloodstream, which causes inflammation. Leaky gut is caused by unhealthy diets, antibiotics, seed oils, and medication. Out of all the things that cause leaky gut, a bad diet is number one.
Foods that you should never eat are all ultra-processed foods, seed oils, gluten, and soy. These foods are very inflammatory and unhealthy, but sometimes healthy foods like fruit and vegetables can also be inflammatory if you have leaky gut. This is why you should do a lion diet for a couple of months until you bring them back into your diet.
