Answer: Yes, Adults can develop eczema even if they never had it before. The primary reason why anybody has eczema is that they have a damaged and leaky gut. Because leaky gut is caused by alcohol, processed foods, seed oils, and antibiotic abuse, eczema can happen at any age.
