Question: Can Eczema Be Healed Permanently?

Answer: Yes, it is possible to heal from eczema permanently. While there is a small genetic component that may never go away, you can at least heal your eczema to the point where it doesn’t bother you, even if you have a little flare-up.

Eczema can come back even if you heal if you do the negative habits that made you have eczema in the first place. Habits like consuming ultra-processed foods, seed oils, alcohol, antibiotics and etc. These habits are very inflammatory and unhealthy for your gut, which means that your skin will be very inflamed and unhealthy because they are closely linked together.

What most doctors will not tell you is that your skin health is just an indicator of your body’s and gut’s health; if your body is unhealthy and if your gut is leaky, then your skin will be the same.
